A delightful surprise at breakfast

The Puerto Azul made us feel right at home. The staff greeted us like friends, and every meal was a feast with fresh and beautifully presented dishes. The pool area was a highlight. perfect for families with safe activities for kids.

Our room had a little dampness, likely due to recent heavy rains. We also faced a minor issue with room allocation, but it didn’t detract much from our experience.

the staff, especially at the poolside bar, were exceptional, always ensuring we had everything we needed (great spot for snacks! ). breakfast was varied and fresh, with plenty of options including cereals and fruits.

a few more parasols by the pool would be great 🌞.

Chur, the room was spacious with modern furnishings, but the pool area needed more sunshade. The entertainment team were absolutely choice, keeping everyone engaged!

staying in port de pollenca was great, but puerto azul really exceeded my expectations! the suite with pool view was spacious and modern, and breakfast had freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices. the daily activities kept everyone entertained and the staff were always welcoming.

Our suite offered a beautiful pool view, perfect for unwinding. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the variety of fresh fruits and baked goods. The staff arranged activities that kept us entertained. Remember to arrive early for a smoother check-in experience!

The atmosphere was welcoming, with fantastic staff dedicated to ensuring that all guests felt at home, especially families. Our suite was spacious and well-designed, providing ample comfort after a day of enjoying the varied activities offered. While the breakfast was plentiful and included a delightful selection of gyudon dishes, the evening meals did not quite meet our expectations, leading us to dine out more often. A minor inconvenience was the limited poolside shade, which could have enhanced the relaxation experience during sun-soaked afternoons.

Fantastic family getaway! The animation team, led by Rafa and Sven, really made our experience unforgettable, organizing engaging activities while respecting our downtime. Our suite was modern and comfy, providing a perfect retreat. Breakfast and dinner offered a delightful variety, with something for every palate. Can't wait to return!

The hotel boasts a lovely pool area, always clean and well-maintained. It’s conveniently located just a five-minute stroll from the beach and numerous restaurants. the air conditioning struggled a bit during the hot evenings, making sleep somewhat uncomfortable.

We had an amazing stay! The buffet breakfast was impressive and there was always something delicious to choose from. The pool area, although lovely, could use more shade options. Definitely coming back!

The room provided was not the suite we booked, leading to disappointment. the air conditioning controls were confusing and insufficient for our needs. Our overall experience was dampened by these issues, making it hard to relax.

They charge for pool towels! Honestly, next time I’ll just bring a towel from home—and I might get a free workout too!
